What is the refund/cancellation policy?
We do not issue refunds, but you can cancel at any time within the members’ portal or by sending an email to support@TaVonaDenise.com Please note: your membership is recurring and you will be charged every month if you select the monthly membership, or every year if you select the annual plan, as long as you wish to stay a member.
What happens when I join?
As soon as you complete your registration, you will receive an email, welcoming you to the Coaches Collective. It includes everything you need to know about how to get help from customer support and how to sign up for orientation so we can get to know you and help you find members of your Power Squad. You will ALSO receive an email giving you access to the members portal where you will be able to access past Boardroom Sessions and register for upcoming events.
How long do I get access to the Coaches Collective?
If you register for the annual plan, you will have access to the Coaches Collective for 12 months from the date you registered. If you signed up for a month, you will have access for 30 days from the day you signed up.
When are the calls? Where do they take place?
All of the calls take place on Zoom. At the moment, they are scheduled weekly on Wednesdays at 1pm ET/10am PT. As membership expands, we will be adding additional dates to accommodate our members in other time zones.
Are the calls recorded?
The only calls that are recorded are the Boardroom Sessions. The rest of the sessions are designed for you to get to know other people. Therefore, you must be present to receive the benefit.
How will I find my Power Squad in the Coaches Collective?
When you attend the events, you will get to know the people in the room and what they do and they will get to know you. We encourage and facilitate collaborations based on synergy.
